2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND WHY

We only collect personal information that is strictly necessary to communicate with you and perform our artistic services.

  • Inquiry Form & Emails: When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, wedding date, wedding location, and any details about your story you choose to share. We use this to respond to your request and personalize your experience.

  • Contracts & Booking: If you book our services, we collect your billing address and signatures via Yousign (or alternative electronic signature software) to establish a binding service agreement.

  • Invoicing & Payments: Financial transactions and legal invoices are processed and stored through Qonto in strict accordance with French accounting standards and regulations.

  • Analytics & Advertising: We use Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4 to analyze traffic and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These tools track anonymous interaction data via cookies, subject to your consent.

3. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO DELIVERY, & STORAGE

As part of our creative services, your visual data is processed through trusted third-party platforms:

  • Photos: Final edited photo collections are hosted in a secure, private online gallery directly on our website, hosted by Wix.

  • Videos: Final cinematic films are delivered via secure private Google Drive links.

  • Unedited Footage (Rushes): Raw video assets are transferred temporarily via FromSmash (Smash) with secure, expiring download links.

4. DATA RETENTION

  • Inquiries & General Data: If you contact us but do not sign a contract, your personal information submitted via our forms is kept for a maximum of 2 years before being deleted from our active management systems.

  • Email Correspondence: Routine email exchanges remain archived securely within our Google Workspace (Gmail) for client relationship history and legal proof of communication.

  • Invoices & Contracts: Financial data and contracts are retained for 10 years, as mandated by French accounting law.

5. MODEL RELEASE & IMAGE RIGHTS

We deeply value the privacy of our couples and their guests. According to our service agreement:

  • We may display selected imagery or short video highlights on our portfolio or social media purely to showcase our artistic work.

  • Your Control: We respect your preferences. Clients can request at any time that specific images or videos—particularly those where faces are recognizable or identifiable—not be published publicly. Full public releases (such as a full wedding film) are always subject to your prior approval.

Depending on where you live (under EU GDPR, California CCPA, or other US state privacy laws), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request the correction or deletion of your personal data.
